Dr Smith jhatka diet is for the people who’re stuck on their weight, and want to lose it quickly, but before dieting, make sure to ask your doctor for advise. This diet is for 20 days, the first four days are below. After the first four days, you have to change the diet. You need to follow 4 days same plan in 20 days. This is No 1 plan.

Protox/Diet 1 = 4 days

2 cups of coffee (1 tsp of milk per cup) or green tea
2 Scrambled eggs or 1 small pot of fat free yogurt
3 serving of fruits (1 whole apple, banana, pear, ½ cup blueberries, raspberries or strawberries e)
3-6 cups green garden with 3tbsp of low fat dressing
1 cup of cooked brown rice, if  Brown rice not available then take white rice and  cook in enough water
2 cups of Leafy green veggie …. steamed or raw (ideally green) (spinach/broccoli/green beans/green peppers)
1 serving Freshly squeezed fruit juice or green veggie juice
(Salad should be green and leafy
Drink a lot water and green tea)
