Spanish Lentil Soup
Ingredients: –
- 500 – grams of lentils
- Potatoes – 2
- 2 – sausages
- 50 grams of Meat
- 1 carrot
- 1 splash of oil
- Salt to taste
- Beef bone 2
- Onion 1
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 dash of vinegar
- bay leaf 1
Method:
- Put the lentils to soak twelve hours before, wash and put them in a pressure cooker with potatoes, two sausages, meat 50 grams, a carrot, a little oil, salt and beef bone.
- Close the pot and make about twenty minutes with the necessary pressure on the model of the pot.
- On going to serve them they will add a fried onion with a tablespoon of paprika and a dash of vinegar.
