How to Make Chicken Mayo Roll: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken – 300 gm cut in cubes
- Yogurt – 3 tbsp
- Cream – 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder – 3/4 tsp
- Salt – 3/4 tsp
- Food color – 1 pinch
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Hot and spicy chutney – as required
- Khasata parathay – as required
Method;
- In a bowl, add yogurt, cream, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala powder, salt, food color and lemon juice, mix well and marinate chicken pieces for at least 2 hours.
- Then heat up 1 tsp oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan and cook marinated chicken until done.
- Then give smoke of charcaol.
- Now place this cooked chicken on khasta paratha, then onion rings, then hot and spicy chutney, roll and serve.
Hot and Spicy Chutney
Ingredients:
- Tamarind pulp – 2 tbsp
- Tomato puree – 2 tbsp
- Ketchup – 1 tbsp
- Red crushed chili – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Chat masala – 1/2 tsp
Method;
- In a bowl, add all above ingredients and mix well.
