Whipped Cream Recipe
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Heavy whipping cream – 300 ml
- Place a bowl and metal whisk into the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Pour the cream into the bowl and whisk until the cream starts to thicken.
- Add sugar and resume whisking until your whipped cream is at the required consistency.
