How to Make Chicken Cream Soup: English – Urdu Recipe

How to Make Chicken Cream Soup

Ingredients:

  1. Oil – 1/8 cup or 2 tbsp
  2. Flour – ¼ cup
  3. Stock – 1 cup
  4. Milk – 1 cup
  5. Chicken – ¼ cup
  6. Black pepper – ¼ tsp
  7. Salt – ½ tsp
  8. White vinegar – 2 tsp
  9. Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  10. Cream – 2 tbsp

Method:

  • Take a pan, put oil and heat it up, then take it out from the cooker and put flour and fry until light golden.
  • Then put milk and stock gradually and cook on slow heat, now add chicken, black pepper, salt and cook until chicken tenders.
  • Then add vinegar, lemon juice and cream and serve.
  • If you want to serve later then don’t add cream now, later heat it up and add cream and serve.Chicken Cream Soup
