How to Make Chicken Cream Soup
Ingredients:
- Oil – 1/8 cup or 2 tbsp
- Flour – ¼ cup
- Stock – 1 cup
- Milk – 1 cup
- Chicken – ¼ cup
- Black pepper – ¼ tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- White vinegar – 2 tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Cream – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Take a pan, put oil and heat it up, then take it out from the cooker and put flour and fry until light golden.
- Then put milk and stock gradually and cook on slow heat, now add chicken, black pepper, salt and cook until chicken tenders.
- Then add vinegar, lemon juice and cream and serve.
- If you want to serve later then don’t add cream now, later heat it up and add cream and serve.
