Dr Smith Jhatka Diet

Dr Smith jhatka diet, in 20 days you will lose fast weight. You need to follow 4 days same plan in 20 days. This is No 3rd plan.

Dr Smith Jhatka Diet : (3) 4 days plan

Diet 3 – Protein
2 cups of coffee with 1 tsp milk per cup
2 scrambled eggs in breakfast
4 slices of turkey (steamed, baked or grilled)
2 serving of fruit
1 cup of raw vegetables (carrots, celery, peppers)
1 sandwich (made with turkey, chicken or tune) whole grain bread and 1 tbsp of low fat mayonnaise)
1 cup of beans (chickpeas, kidney beans, lentils)
1 cup of cooked brown rice
2 serving of cooked vegetables (courgettes, lady fingers, spinach, broccoli, green peas, tinday, kadoo etc)
Because it’s a protein diet, no snack available in this 4 days diet.
