How to Cook Kaleji Fry Masala, English – Urdu Recipe

Kaleji Fry Masala


  1. Lamb liver and kidneys – 1 kg
  2. Onion – 2
  3. Tomatoes – as you need
  4. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  6. Salt – to taste
  7. Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
  8. Red crushed chilli – 2 tsp
  9. Cumin powder – 1 tsp
  10. Fenugreek Leaves – 2 tsp
  11. For garnishing – fresh coriander, green chillies, ginger flakes and lemon


  • First of all boil lamb organs and drain water and wash.
  • Now take a wok and put oil and thinly sliced onion and sauté, then put turmeric powder and a little bit of water and fry.
  • Then put ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and red crushed chilli and mix it well, then add organs, salt and tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are well cooked.
  • Then add cumin powder and Fenugreek Leaves and mix well.
  • Put it on dum for 5min, and then serve with fresh coriander, green chillies, ginger flaks and squeeze lemon and serve.
