

Kaleji Fry Masala
Ingredients:
- Lamb liver and kidneys – 1 kg
- Onion – 2
- Tomatoes – as you need
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
- Red crushed chilli – 2 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Fenugreek Leaves – 2 tsp
- For garnishing – fresh coriander, green chillies, ginger flakes and lemon
Method:
- First of all boil lamb organs and drain water and wash.
- Now take a wok and put oil and thinly sliced onion and sauté, then put turmeric powder and a little bit of water and fry.
- Then put ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and red crushed chilli and mix it well, then add organs, salt and tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are well cooked.
- Then add cumin powder and Fenugreek Leaves and mix well.
- Put it on dum for 5min, and then serve with fresh coriander, green chillies, ginger flaks and squeeze lemon and serve.
