Fry Kalegi(Liver) Masala

Ingredients:
Lamb liver and kidneys – 1 kg
Onion – 2
Tomatoes – as you need
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Red crushed chilli – 2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Fenugreek Leaves – 2 tsp
For garnishing – fresh coriander, green chillies, ginger flakes and lemon

Method:
First of all boil lamb organs and drain water and wash. Now take a wok and put oil and thinly sliced onion and sauté, then put turmeric powder and a little bit of water and fry. Then put ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and red crushed chilli and mix it well, then add organs, salt and tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are well cooked. Then add cumin powder and Fenugreek Leaves and mix well. Put it on dum for 5min, and then serve with fresh coriander, green chillies, ginger flaks and squeeze lemon and serve.
