How to Make Almond Kulfi
Ingredients:
- Almond – ½ cup (soaked in water at least ½ an hour)
- Green cardamoms – ¼ tsp
- Cold cream – 200 g
- Condensed milk – ¾ cup
- Saffron – ¼ tsp
- Pistachio – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Beat cream until little bit thick.
- Now put all ingredients in mixer and blend well.
- Then put this mixture in freezer in kulfi container or in any air tight container until freeze.
- Then serve this yummy kulfi to all your family and friends.

Yesterday I made a double recipe. A really delicious kulfi. At the end I put some coarsely ground nuts and taste was great.
