Pizza Dough

Ingredients for pizza dough:

Flour – ½ kg

Yeast – 1 ½ tbsp

Sugar – 1 tsp

Salt – 1 tsp

Method:

Mix yeast and 1 pinch of sugar in warm water. Then make dough with flour, salt and remaining sugar. Leave on warm place for double in size. Then use for pizza with any kind of topping.

    Tea spoon plain ho, but agar 1/2 kilo maida ho tu table spoon dalna hai jaisa k recipe mien likha hai, 2nd atta aap ne naram goondhna hai.
