How to Make Quick and Easy Brownies
Ingredients:
- Flour – 1 cup
- Eggs – 2
- Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
- Ground sugar – 1 cup
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Butter – 100g
- Coco powder – 2 tbsp
Method:
- In a bowl put butter and sugar, beat with electric beater until becomes cream.
- Take another bowl and strain flour, coco powder and baking powder.
- Now add eggs one by one with 1 tbsp of dry mixture and beat well.
- Then add vanilla essence and beat.
- Now add remaining dry mixture, mix well.
- Transfer this mixture in 8” square greased cake pan and bake in Pre heated oven on 180ºC, 350ºF and Gas Mark 4 for 15 to 18 minutes.
- When it’s done, let It cool down.
- Then decorate with icing and Cut into squares.
For Icing:
- Cooking chocolate – 100gm
- Cream – 1/4 cup
- Take a pan, add cream and chocolate, cook on double boiler until it melts.
- Apply on brownies and serve.

Hey tell me why did not u use icing sugar in the icing…is ity not required and will tetra pack cream do?
Yes don’t need add icing sugar, coz using chocolate. 2nd you can use tetra pack cream.
Please tell me what is meant by cup??? …cup equals to 8 ounces????
