How to Make Steam Roast Mutton
Ingredients:
- Mutton – 1 kg
- Ginger paste- 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Yogurt – 375gm
- Vinegar – 2 cups
- Nutmeg powder – ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
- Garam masala – 1 tbsp
- Zeera powder – 1 tbsp
- Chat masala – 1 tbsp
- Salt – according to taste
- Oil – as required
Method:
- Take bowl and put vinegar, ginger, and garlic pats in mutton and leave for 15 min.
- Then drain and fry in hot oil just to give it colour on mutton pieces, and remove from oil and let them cool.
- Take another bowl and put yogurt, all spices and put this mixture in mutton.
- Then steam for 20 min, then serve with mint sauce and salad.
