How to Make Yummy Chicken Mustard Broast, English / Urdu Recipe
Chicken Mustard Broast
- Chicken – 1 kg
- Vinegar – ½ cup
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Ground black pepper – 2 tsp
- Mustard paste – 2 tbsp
- Flour – ½ cup
- Rice flour – ½ cup
- Eggs – 2 (lightly beaten)
- Chilled water – as required
- Bread crumbs – as required
- Oil – for frying
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Apply vinegar and salt on chicken and leave for overnight.
- Then strain chicken pieces.
- Now apply mustard paste, salt and 2 tsp black pepper, mix well and leave for 10 minutes.
- Then in eggs; add salt, black pepper, flour, rice flour and make paste with chilled water.
- Now dip chicken in egg mixture and then roll in bread crumbs, deep fry in oil until golden brown.
- Serve with fries and ketchup.
