How to Make Yummy Chicken Mustard Broast, English / Urdu Recipe

Chicken Mustard Broast

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken – 1 kg
  2. Vinegar – ½ cup
  3. Salt – ½ tsp
  4. Ground black pepper – 2 tsp
  5. Mustard paste – 2 tbsp
  6. Flour – ½ cup
  7. Rice flour – ½ cup
  8. Eggs – 2 (lightly beaten)
  9. Chilled water – as required
  10. Bread crumbs – as required
  11. Oil – for frying
  12. Black pepper – ½ tsp

Method:

  • Apply vinegar and salt on chicken and leave for overnight.
  • Then strain chicken pieces.
  • Now apply mustard paste, salt and 2 tsp black pepper, mix well and leave for 10 minutes.
  • Then in eggs; add salt, black pepper, flour, rice flour and make paste with chilled water.
  • Now dip chicken in egg mixture and then roll in bread crumbs, deep fry in oil until golden brown.
  • Serve with fries and ketchup.
