Quick Mini Pizza
Quick mini pizzas are a delicious and quick snack for kids.
- Cooked boneless chicken chunks – 1 cup
- Buns – 6
- Pizza sauce – 1 cup
- Crushed red chili – as required
- Oil – for frying
- Garlic powder – 1 tsp
- Capsicum, onion, tomato, mushrooms and cheese – as required
Slightly flatten all buns with rolling pins, then fry in oil from outside until crispy. Now inside of the buns, apply pizza sauce, cheese, chicken chunks, capsicum, tomato, onion, mushroom, oregano, cheese, crushed chili and then garlic powder. Bake in preheated oven until cheese melts. Yummy mini pizza is ready to eat. If chicken chunks are not available, you can use only pizza sauce, cheese and any leftover vegetables.
