How to Make Orange Chessecake, English / Urdu Recipe
Ingredients for Crust:
Digestive biscuits – 2 cups (make crumbs)
Butter, melted – 3 tbsp
Mix biscuit crumbs in melted butter and press into your preferred pan, and bake in preheat oven to 350 degrees F, Gas Mark 4, 180C for 10 minutes. Then set aside.
Ingredients for filling Cheesecake:
Curd cheese – ½ cup (1/2 cup yogurt hang in muslin clothe for whole night)
Sugar – ¾ cup
Eggs whites – 2
Whipped cream – 200g
Gelatine powder – 1 ½ tbsp
Fresh orange juice – ½ cup
Orange flavour jelly powder – 1 packet
Method:
Take a pan, put orange juice and gelatine powder, mix well and put on heat for 30 seconds and remove. Beat egg whites until stiff. Take another bowl add curd cheese and sugar, beat with beater, during beating add gelatine mixture and dry jelly powder, beat well. Then add whipped cream, beat on low speed. Then add egg whites and mix with spatula.
Pour batter into prepared crust, and then cover and put in the fridge to chill. Once fully chilled, it is ready to serve. Try this yummy cake, you will love it.
