Aloo Tikki Chaat Recipe: English – Urdu

Ingredients:

  1. Big potatoes – 2 boiled
  2. Flour – 1 tbsp
  3. Chopped parsley – 2 tbsp
  4. Fine chopped fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
  5. Fine chopped dill – 2 tbsp
  6. Spring onion – 2 fine chopped with green part
  7. Garlic cloves – 2 mashed
  8. Coriander powder – 2 tsp
  9. Salt – 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  11. Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
  12. Egg yolk – 1
Cheese Cutlets: English – Urdu Recipe

Method:

  • Mashed potatoes in a bowl along with flour, parsley, fresh coriander, dill, spring onion, garlic, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, black pepper and egg yolk.
  • Then make an oval shape or round shapes of cutlets, roll in dry flour and deep fry in medium hot oil until golden brown.
  • Serve with ketchup of any kind of chutney.
