Roast chicken Pulao

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken – 1
  2. Garlic- 1 clove
  3. Ginger – 1 piece
  4. Lemon – 1
  5. Water – 4 cup
  6. Salt as taste

Method:

  • Apply ginger, garlic, salt and lemon juice on chicken and marinate and leave it for four hours.
  • Then bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Pulao

Ingredients:

  1. Rice – 4 cup
  2. Oil – 5 tbsp
  3. Onion – 1 big
  4. Zeera – 1 tbsp
  5. Garlic – 1 clove
  6. Ginger – 1 piece
  7. Whole Black pepper – 1 tsp
  8. Cloves – 2 to 3
  9. Chicken powder – 2 tsp
  10. Carrots – 2
  11. Cashew – 50g
  12. Pistachio – 50g
  13. Raisins – 50g

Method:

  • Take a sauce pan put oil and heat up then put onion and garlic chopped and fry then put zeera, black pepper, and cloves and fry a little.
  • Then add water and then put chicken powder and salt and mix well then add carrots and cover and cook after 5 min put dry fruits and rice.
  • Then cover until water boil then reduce heat and cook until water dry and rice will be done now put on dum for 10 min.
  • Serve in rice dish with oven baked chicken on top.
