Spicy chicken roast could be served with rice, naan or any kind of chutney. This is an easy and simple recipe for Eid or weekend parties. You can marinate ahead and bake in oven along with mixed vegetables or onion slices and potato wedges.

How to Make Mughlai Chicken Roast: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Full chicken – 1 (1 1/2 kg)
- Cloves – 4
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon stick – 1
- Green cardamoms – 4
- Star anise – 1
- Dry coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
- Dry cayenne pepper – 6 to 7
- Black Cardamoms – 2
- Ginger – 1 tbsp
- Garlic – 6 to 7 cloves
- Yogurt – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder – 2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
How to Make Chicken Roast with Pita Bread in Urdu – English
Method:
- Grind whole mix spices (whole garam masala) and set a side.
- Then add ginger garlic, yogurt and lemon juice in chopper and make paste.
- Take a bowl, add garam masala, yogurt mixture, Turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and oil, mix well.
- Then add red and orange food color to give nice tandoori look, or if you have tandoori food color you can use it. mix well and apply on chicken.
- Cover and leave for overnight or for 2 hours.
- Then bake in preheated oven on 180 C along with mixed vegetables for 40 minutes or until done.
- Delicious and spicy roast ready to serve.
