Mawa is known as khoya, so that’s likely the flavour you will get from it, but because khoya isn’t readily available in a lot of places, you can make it at home with bread slices and milk powder. This recipe will show you how to make delicious mawa ice cream with only 5 ingredients that you can use in falooda. Mawa Ice Cream
Soft Rasmalai Recipe
Ingredients:
- Evaporated milk – 200 ml
- Condensed milk – 200 ml
- Fresh cream – 3/4 cup
- Milk powder – 1/4 cup
- Bread – 2 slices or 1 big slice (without crusts)
- Crushed pistachio – 2 tbsp
Keto Dalgona Coffee
Method:
- Beat evaporated milk and bread together.
- Then add condensed milk, fresh cream, milk powder. Beat for a minute or two.
- Now fold in the pistachio.
- Mix well.
- Pour the ice cream in an airtight container and garnish with pistachio.
- Leave it in the freezer for 6 – 8 hours.
- Enjoy your delicious homemade ice cream.
