Strawberry Jam

Ingredients:

Fresh strawberries – 500g
Sugar – 1 ¾ cup
Lemon – 1

Method:

Take a pan and put strawberries (chopped) and cook them in their own juice on low heat until soft, then mash them and put sugar in and let them cook for at least 20 min still on low heat until the sugar dissolves completely and the texture becomes thick.
Now put lemon juice and mix well, then put in an air-tight jar.
