It can be a great holiday gift when the dry ingredients are packaged with a mug along with the recipe instructions and a chocolate cake in a mug, for one person! In a microwave just in 3 minutes, really easy and yummy!
Ingredients
- Flour – 4 tbsp
- Coco powder – 1 tbsp
- Milk – 3 tbsp
- Oil – 4 tbsp
- Egg – 1
- Ground sugar – 4 tbsp
- Vanilla essence – few drops
- Choc chips – 1 tbsp
Method:
Add all dry ingredients in a bowl, and mix well. Then add egg, milk, oil, sugar and vanilla extract, mix well. Then add chocolate chips. Now pour this mixture in your large mug. Pop your mug into the microwave & zap for 3 minutes on maximum power (1000watt). Wait until the cake stops rising, and sets in the mug.
If necessary, run a knife around the sides of the mug, and tip the still warm cake out of the mug and onto a saucer. Decorate with chocolate sauce, fresh cream or fruits.
