  3. Dry apricots – 4
  4. Almond – 15 to 20
  5. Milk – 500 ml
  6. Banana – 1

Detox Smoothie Recipe

Method:

  • Nuts and Dates Soak in Milk for 30 minutes.
  • In a blender add, soaked dates, nuts, milk, banana and blend it until smooth. 3. Pour the mixture into the glass.
