How to Make Naan Chops: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Mutton chops -1 kg
- Onion – 2
- Green chilies – 4
- Tomatoes – ½ kg
- Oil – 1 cup
- Coriander leaves – ½ bunch
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
- All spice powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric – ½ tbsp
- Black pepper powder – ½ tbsp
- Crushed red pepper – 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 ½ tsp
Method:
- Take a pan, add and boil mutton chops with turmeric and water as required till tender.
- Heat up oil in a pan, add chopped onion and fry till brown.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, coriander powder, crushed red pepper and salt, fry well.
- Add boiled chops and sliced tomatoes, cover and cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
- When the tomatoes are tender add ½ cup water and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add lemon juice, green chilies, coriander leaves, black pepper and all spice.
- Mix well, serve yummy karahi chops with tandoori naan.


I made this karahi and I admit to go with another dish. It was GREAT! Even I who does not love spicy food love this recipe.
