Babies Food Recipes
You can find plenty of dishes for adults everywhere, but it can become a problem when you can’t find good babies food recipes for your kids. So here are some healthy and simple ideas for infants that you can try.
Kichri:
Ingredients:
- Rice – 30gm
- Lentil – 60gm
- Oil – 1 1/2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
Method:
- Wash lentil, then in a pan, add rice, lentil and salt, cook well.
- Now add oil in this kichri and cook until tender. Cook extra for young kids.
Rice pudding:
Ingredients:
- Rice – 30gm
- Milk – 125ml
- Sugar – 1 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Clean and wash rice, then add enough water and boil until well tender.
- Then mash them and add milk and sugar, mixture looks like cream.
Cereal
Ingredients:
- Milk – 125ml
- Sugar – 1 1/2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 1 1/2 tsp
- Water – 180ml
- Cereal – 30gm
Method:
- Fry cereal in ghee or oil until it becomes light brown, then add salt and boiling hot water, mix and cook for 20 minutes.
- Take off of the flame and add milk and sugar.
- Cereal is ready.
Milk and potato
Ingredients:
- Potato – 30gm
- Milk – 125ml
- Water – 250ml
- Sugar – 1 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Boil potato, peel and mashed. Then add sugar and milk, mix well.
- This is good for 8 month old kids.
Banana pudding
Ingredients:
- Banana – 1
- Milk – 125ml
- Sugar – 1 1/2 tsp
Method:
Peel and mash banana in a bowl with spoon, now add milk and sugar, mix and serve.
Egg custard
Ingredients:
- Egg – 1
- Milk – 180ml
- Sugar – 3 tsp
Method:
- Beat egg, then add milk and sugar, mix well.
- Cook on low heat until done.
Egg and milk
Ingredients:
- Egg – 1
- Milk – 180ml
- Sugar – 1 1/2 tsp
Method:
Beat egg, then add boiled milk and sugar, serve
