Seekh Kabab Handi Masala
Ingredients:
- Beef Mince – 1 kg
- Sliced green chillies – 3 to 4
- Roasted gram flour – 2 tbsp
- Bread Slices – 2 to 3
- Egg – 1
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp
Method for Kababs:
- Grind this mixture well and make small sized seekh kebab.
- Now shallow fry these kebab on low flame for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Take them out from the oil and set aside.

Ingredients for Gravy:
- Ground onion – 1
- Oil – 1 cup
- Ginger garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- Tomato – 4 to 5
- Dry milk powder – 2 tbsp
- Crushed red chilli – 1/2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp chopped
Method for Gravy:
- In a clay pot heat up oil, add onion and ginger garlic paste, fry until light golden brown.
- Then add chopped tomato, crushed red chilli, fry for one minute.
- Then add dry milk powder, fry for another 2 minutes and add 1/2 cup water, cover and let it cook on low flame.
- Then add 1/2 tsp black pepper, lemon juice and salt, mix and let cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add fried kabab in gravy, mix along with 1/4 cup of water and cook on dum for 10 to 15 minutes.
