Lose body fat: Due to this lockdown, we have to stay at home for our own safety, and because of this, we are not able to do exercise or walk. Our eating routine has also been turned upside down. Women are worried about the saggy and loose skin on their face, neck and all other body parts, such as double chin, etc.

Dr Umme Raheel Skin Whitening Cream
Ingredients:
- Mustard oil – 2 tbsp
- Castor oil – 2 tbsp
- (flex seeds oil) Alsi ka oil – 1 tbsp
- Tragacanth Gum Herb (Gond Katira) powder – 1 tbsp
Preparation:
- Mix mustard oil, castor oil, flex seeds oil and Tragacanth Gum Herb powder. Heat up this mixture and set aside.
- Every day, early in the morning, apply this oil mixture, massage and do your daily chores. Your saggy skin will tighten, and extra fat will burn from your face, arms, tummy and it’s also great for double chin.
- Along with this oil massage, do facial exercises to have a slim and smart face and body during the lockdown for Eid day.
