Keto Fried Fish
Ingredients:
- Fish – 750g
- Chili powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
- Rice flour – 1 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala – 1/2 tbsp
- Salt – 2 tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Wash fish and pat dry. Then makes deep cuts on both sides.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and apply on fish.
- Now cover the fish and leave it for half an hour
You can either bake it, deep fry it or, for a healthier version of this recipe, make it in the air fryer. - Serve with stir fry vegetables, steamed vegetables or boiled rice.
