Rabri Kheer: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Milk – 2 litre
- Rice – 1/2 cup soaked
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Evaporated milk – 1/2 cup
- Green cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Chopped nuts – as required

Method:
- In a pan, add milk, evaporated milk and cardamom powder. Bring to boil.
- Add soaked rice and cook on low heat until milk reduces and rice is tender.
- Then add sugar and salt, and cook on low heat until kheer become thickens.
- Add half of the chopped nuts. Let it cool down.
- Garnish with remaining nuts and serve.
