Achari Fish Tikka Recipe
Spicy Pan Fried Fish: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Surmai or rohu fish – 1/2 kg
- Lemon juice – 4 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Red crushed chili – 1 tbsp
- Tikka masala – 2 tbsp
- White vinegar – 2 tbsp
- Oil – as required
- Salt – to taste
Method:
- Apply white vinegar on fish pieces and leave for 5 minutes. Then wash and pat dry.
- Now mix turmeric, salt, lemon juice, tikka masala, roasted crushed cumin seeds and red chili flakes, apply on fish pieces. Then leave for 10 minutes.
- Cook on lightly greased grilled pan from both sides until golden brown. Tasty achari fish ready to serve.
