Achari Fish Tikka Recipe

Spicy Pan Fried Fish: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Surmai or rohu fish – 1/2 kg
  2. Lemon juice – 4 tbsp
  3. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  4. Roasted and crushed cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  5. Red crushed chili – 1 tbsp
  6. Tikka masala – 2 tbsp
  7. White vinegar – 2 tbsp
  8. Oil – as required
  9. Salt – to taste

Method:

  • Apply white vinegar on fish pieces and leave for 5 minutes. Then wash and pat dry.
  • Now mix turmeric, salt, lemon juice, tikka masala, roasted crushed cumin seeds and red chili flakes, apply on fish pieces. Then leave for 10 minutes.
  • Cook on lightly greased grilled pan from both sides until golden brown. Tasty achari fish ready to serve.Achari Fish Tikka Recipe
