Cheese Cutlets: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Boiled and mashed potato – 3 cups
- Oil – 7 to 8 tbsp
- Chopped onion – 1
- Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
- Dry coriander powder – 1 tbsp
- Mince – 1 cup
- Green chilies – 4 thinly sliced
- Chopped fresh coriander – 4 tbsp
- Bread crumbs – as required
- Eggs – 2
- Plain flour – 1/2 cup
- Salt – to taste
How to Make Fried Aloo aur Baingan ki Sabzi
Method:
- Heat up oil in a wok, saute onion and ginger garlic paste, stir fry.
- Then add mince meat, fry along with cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, dry coriander powder, mix it well.
- Add 1 cup water and salt, cover and cook until water dries and mince is tender. Let it cool down.
- In a separate bowl, add mashed potato, chopped fresh coriander, chopped green chili and salt, mix it well.
- Now stuff cooked mince in mashed potato mixture and make round kebab shapes, roll in plain flour, dip in lightly beaten egg and apply bread crumbs.
- Shallow fry in medium hot oil until light golden brown.
- Serve with salad and chutney.
