Irani Samosa Recipe
Ingredients:-
- All-Purpose Flour (MAIDA) – 2 cups
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Carom Seeds (AJWAIN) – 1 tsp (CRUSHED)
- Clarified Butter (GHEE) – 2 tbsp
- Water – As Needed (I used 13 tbsp)
Keto Beef Nihari Recipe
Filling:-
- Boiled Potatoes – 5 medium sized
- Green & Red Pepper – 1 of each chopped
- Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
- Cilantro – 2 tbsp (CHOPPED)
- Rice Flour – 3 tbsp (IF YOU DON’T HAVE RICE FLOUR YOU CAN ADD CORN STARCH IF YOU DON’T HAVE CORN STARCH YOU CAN GRIND POHA YOU CAN ALSO ADD BREAD CRUMBS)
Spices:-
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Crushed Red Peppers – 2 tsp
- Mango Powder – 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Coriander – 1 tsp (ROASTED & CRUSHED)
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Laye:-
- All-Purpose Flour – 3 tbsp
- Water – 3 tbsp
- Dissolve the all-purpose flour into water to make a paste.
Instructions:-
- In a bowl add all-purpose flour, salt, and ajwain mix together.
- Add ghee and mix together knead the to LITTLE BIT ON A HARD SIDE.
- Give the dough a rest 30 minutes (AFTER RESTING 30 MINUTES).
- Take a peda and make a thin roti. Cut the edges.
- Take the kabab and measure the roti and cut the strips.
- Put the kabab on a strip and roll it and put the laye at the end and fold it. Make the rest like that too.
Filling:-
- Boiled the potatoes. When potatoes are boiled drain the water and put in the refrigerator to cool.
- Once cool peel of the skin and in a plate grate potatoes. Put peppers, ginger paste, cilantro, and add al the spices also add rice flour and combine well.
- Make small balls (JUST LIKE GOLA KABAB).
- Preheat the oil on MEDIUM HEAT. Add rolls into the oil and cook one side for 3 minutes. 3 minutes later start stirring.
- Cook for 6 minutes until golden brown. 6 minutes later take it from oil. Put another 8 rolls cook one side for 3 minutes. 3 minutes later start stirring. Cook for 6 minutes until golden brown. 6 minutes later take it from oil.
- Dish out the rolls and serve with whatever cardamom sauce you like.
