Black Forest Cupcake Easy Recipe
Whipped Cream Recipe: Urdu – English
Ingredients:
- Butter – 4 oz
- Sugar – 4 oz
- Eggs – 2
- Flour – 4 oz
- Coco powder – 2 tbsp
- Baking powder – 2 tsp
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Method:
- Take a bowl, add butter, sugar and vanilla essence.
- Beat until it’s light and fluffy.
- Strain your coco and baking powder.
- Now add 1 egg and 1 tbsp of dry mixture in butter mixture and beat.
- Add 2nd egg along with dry mixture and beat again.
- Then add remaining dry mixture and mix well.
- Pour this mix in muffin tray and bake in 180ºC preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Ingredients for decoration:
- Cherry jam – 4 tbsp
- Cream – 8 oz
- Icing sugar – 2 tbsp
- Glazed cherry – 12
Method:
- Add cream and icing sugar and beat.
- Cut a hole in the middle of each cupcake and fill with jam.
- Now decorate with whipped cream and garnish with glazed cherries.
