Bun Kebab

Ingredients:

  1. Mince – Β½ kg
  2. Onion – 1
  3. Green chillies – 3
  4. Fresh coriander – Β½ cup
  5. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  6. Coriander powder – 2 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  8. Black cumin seeds – Β½ tsp
  9. Garam masala powder – 2 tsp
  10. Salt – to taste
  11. Mace powder – ΒΌ tsp
  12. Nutmeg powder – ΒΌ tsp
  13. Ghee – 2 tbsp
  14. Meat tenderizer – Β½ tbsp (if using beef)

 

Method:

  • Put all above ingredients in chopper and chop well.
  • Now put this mixture in a bowl and in the middle of mixture put burning charcoal and pour over 1 tsp of oil or ghee and cover until you see all smoke gone.
  • Now put this mixture in fridge for 4 hours, and then make kebab shapes and shallow fry.
  • Serve in bun with mint sauce or ketchup.Bun Kebab
