  4. Instant yeast – 3 tsp or 12 gm

Instructions

Keto Naan Bread Recipe

  1. In a bowl, milk, water, yeast, sugar and oil. Mix well.
  2. Add flour and salt and make soft dough. Cover and rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into equal balls.
  4. Roll each into a teardrop or oval shape.
  5. Heat a heavy tawa on medium-high.
  6. Brush water on the plain side of the naan.
  7. Place the wet side on the tawa. When bubbles form, flip the tawa upside down over flame to cook the top (or flip naan if not comfortable inverting).
  8. Once charred spots appear, remove and brush with butter and coriander mix.

Tips

  • Use cast iron for best texture.
  • Don’t use non-stick pans — the naan won’t stick properly for flipping.
  • Rest the dough well for soft, fluffy naan.

Serving Suggestions

Pair with rich curries like Butter Chicken, Dal Makhani, or Chole.
