MINI NACHOS CUP is a healthy version of the meat nachos. It’s pure VEGETARIAN. If you want to you can make a meat version of it. Just add ½ pound (0.227 KG) ground beef (COOKED) and follow the recipe below. It’s a perfect for Potluck, Parties 🎉🎊, Eid-Ul-Fitr, Eid-Ul-Adha.

Pico De Gallo Recipe
Ingredients:
- Tostitos Scoops! tortilla chips – 18 tortilla chips (WHATEVER BRAND IS AVAILABLE WHERE YOU LIVE YOU CAN USE THAT TOO)
- Black Beans – ½ can (15 OUNCE) (RINSED & DRAINED)
- Reduced-Fat Cheddar Cheese – ½ cup
- Salsa – ⅓ cup
- Avocado – 1 medium (DICED)
- Pico de gallo – ½ cup (TO SERVE) (SEE NOTE BELOW)
- Reduced-Fat Sour Cream – ⅓ cup (TO SERVE)
- Pickled Jalapeño – ⅓ cup (SLICED) (TO SERVE)
Caesar Salad
Method:
- Heat oven to 350°F (176.667°C). Put the chips in a baking dish.
- In a small saucepan, combine the black beans, and salsa and heat on medium.
- Spoon some of the mixture into the center of each chip.
- Sprinkle on cheese. Then pop the chips into the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
- Put the nachos on a plate, and add diced avocado, pico de gallo, sliced jalapeño, & a dollop of sour cream.
