Mango Swirl Cheesecake: English – Urdu Recipe
Delicious Mango Swirl Cheesecake
Ingredients for Crust:
- Digestive biscuits – 200 gm (make crumbs)
- Butter, melted – 75g or 3 tbsp
- Desiccated coconut – 1 ½ tbsp
- Mix biscuit crumbs and coconut in melted butter and press into your preferred pan, and bake in preheat oven to 350 degrees F, Gas Mark 4, 180 C for 8 minutes.
- Then set aside.
Ingredients for filling Cheesecake:
- Curd cheese – ½ cup (1/2 cup yogurt hang in muslin clothe for whole night)
- Cream cheese – 200gm
- Icing sugar – 2 tbsp
- Mango puree – 2 cups
- Whipped cream – 2 packets
- Mango essence – 1 tsp
- Gelatin powder – 1 tbsp (dissolves in 3 tbsp warm water)
Method:
- Take a bowl, add curd cheese, cream cheese, cream, icing sugar, gelatin mixture, mango essence and mango puree, beat with beater.
- Pour batter into prepared crust, then pour prepared mango puree, give a swirl with toothpick and put in the fridge to chill.
- Once fully chilled, it is ready to serve.
For Decoration:
- Gelatin powder – 1 tsp (dissolves in 1 tbsp water)
- Mango puree – 1 cup

Ji wohi jo powder mein bhi milta hay, china grass ya agar agar. Halal gelatin hota hay.
