How to Make Chicken Wings
Ingredients for marination:
- Chicken wings with skin – 1/2 kg
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – 1 tsp
- Paprika powder – 1 tsp
- Chili garlic sauce – 2 tsp
- Hot sauce – 1 tbsp
- Take a bowl, add salt, black pepper, paprika, chili garlic sauce and hot sauce, mix and apply on chicken wings.

Ingredients for batter:
- Plain flour – 4 tbsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder – 1/2 tsp
White pepper – 1/2 tsp
Chili sauce – 2 tbsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Add all ingredients of batter in a bowl and make smooth batter with chilled water.
Dry mix ingredients:
- Plain flour – 1 cup
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- or self raising flour – 1 cup
- Sift flour and baking powder and place in a wide plate or if you have self raising flour then do not add baking powder.
Method:
- Now dip marinated wings in batter then coat in dry mix and deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with ketchup or mayonnaise.
