How to Make Vegetable Corn Soup: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
4 servings
- Potato – 2
- Carrot – 1
- Celery – 1 stalk celery
- Onion – 1
- Zucchini – 1 small
- Tomato – 1
- Fresh parselay
- Chive stalks
- Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
- Olive oil – 4 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
Lentil Soup (Spanish Soup)
Method:
- Peel the potatoes, scrape and clean carrot and celery, Wash them along with zucchini.
- Cut everything in cubes.
- Cut the tomatoes and onions in cubes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the onion, celery, carrots and potatoes.
- Season lightly (note that soy sauce has enough salt) and cook for 8 minutes, stirring often.
- Stir in zucchini and tomato, and continue the cooking for 2 more minutes.
- Pour enough hot water to cover the vegetables, cover the pan and let them cook over medium heat for 18 to 20 minutes, until tender.
- Add soy sauce and stir.
- Wash, dry and chop the parsley thinly and chive.
- Pour the soup into bowls, garnish with parsley and chive. Serve hot.
