Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless β Β½ kg cut in cubes
- Salt β 1 tsp
- Lemon juice β 1 tbsp
- Yogurt β 4 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste β 1 tsp
- Whole black cumin seeds β ΒΌ tsp
- Crushed black pepper β ΒΎ tsp
- Green chilli paste- 1 tbsp
- Cream β 2 tbsp
- Butter β 2 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese β 3 tbsp
- Egg white β 1
- Garam masala powder β 1 tsp
Method:
- Mix all ingredients and leave for 15 minutes.
- Skew on skewers and place in greased pan.
- Bake on preheated oven on 180 degree centigrade for 20 to 25 minutes.
