How to Make Chicken Tandoori Tikka Boti

How to Make Chicken Tandoori Tikka Boti. Delicious tikka boti soft, creamy texture with the addition of cheese and cream, do try as a snack or along with dinner or lunch parties.

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken boneless – Β½ kg cut in cubes
  2. Salt – 1 tsp
  3. Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  4. Yogurt – 4 tbsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  6. Whole black cumin seeds – ΒΌ tsp
  7. Crushed black pepper – ΒΎ tsp
  8. Green chilli paste- 1 tbsp
  9. Cream – 2 tbsp
  10. Butter – 2 tbsp
  11. Cheddar cheese – 3 tbsp
  12. Egg white – 1
  13. Garam masala powder – 1 tsp

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients and leave for 15 minutes.
  • Skew on skewers and place in greased pan.
  • Bake on preheated oven on 180 degree centigrade for 20 to 25 minutes.
