Add mince in chopper and chop two times, then take out in a bowl and add ghee, onion paste, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, corn flour, fresh coriander and ginger garlic paste, mix with hands.
Leave for 30 minutes, then make kebabs and skew on skewers.
Grill, BBQ, bake or fry in frying pan on low heat until done.
Then give smoke of charcoal.
Serve with naan or parathas.
