How to Make Tartar Sauce:
Ingredients:
- Pickled cucumber – 1/4 cup chopped
- Carrot – 1tbsp chopped
- White pepper – 1 pinch
- Mustard paste – 1/4 tsp
- Boiled egg white – 1 chopped
- Mayonnaise – 1 cup
- Salt – to taste
- Onion – 2 tbsp chopped
Method:
Mix all above ingredients in mayonnaise, make smooth sauce and serve with fried fish.
