How to Make Minestrone Soup: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Lentil – ½ kg
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Onion -1
- Cream – 1 cup
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Black pepper – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
Lentil Soup (Spanish Soup)
Method:
- In a saucepan add water, washed and soaked lentil.
- Cook over medium heat for 30 min.
- Add roughly chopped onion and garlic cloves at 15 min.
- Then strain lentil, onions, garlic, and blend slowly.
- If mixture becomes too thick for the blender, add a little lentil broth. In a pan, heat the broth, lentil blended mixture, salt, black pepper and a cup of cream.
- When it starts to boil, turn off the heat.
- Correct the salt and season with pepper. Cut the bread into cubes of 1 cm3 and toast in oven for 7 min. Be careful not to burn it.
- Before serving on each plate, put some croutons.
