How to Make Minestrone Soup: English – Urdu Recipe


  1. Lentil – ½ kg
  2. Garlic – 2 cloves
  3. Onion -1
  4. Cream – 1 cup
  5. Oil – 2 tbsp
  6. Black pepper – 1 tsp
  7. Salt – to taste

  • In a saucepan add water, washed and soaked lentil.
  • Cook over medium heat for 30 min.
  • Add roughly chopped onion and garlic cloves at 15 min.
  • Then strain lentil, onions, garlic, and blend slowly.
  • If mixture becomes too thick for the blender, add a little lentil broth. In a pan, heat the broth, lentil blended mixture, salt, black pepper and a cup of cream.
  • When it starts to boil, turn off the heat.
  • Correct the salt and season with pepper. Cut the bread into cubes of 1 cm3 and toast in oven for 7 min. Be careful not to burn it.
  • Before serving on each plate, put some croutons.
