How to Make Easy Prawn Biryani: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Prawns – 1 kg
- Tamarind – 2 tbsp
- Boiling water – ½ cup
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Onion – 1 chopped
- Green chilies – 3 chopped
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Onions – 2 sliced
Method:
- Take a bowl; add tamarind pulp and boiling water. Mix and strain after 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, add prawns, salt and turmeric. Heat oil, add chopped onion and sauté.
- Then add chopped chilies, little bit of water and prawns, stir fry and add tamarind liquid, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Then add sugar, sliced onions and cook for 3 minutes more and serve.
