Quick Garlic Mushroom Recipe

This is one of those classic recipes that can be enjoyed both as a garnish for a meat, or as an side serving with beef steak. Fresh mushrooms, in addition to being highly nutritious, are inexpensive and their delicate flavor is perfectly suited to many dishes.

This delicious recipe is a good way to incorporate vegetables into our diet. It is also prepared in the blink of an eye and even if you are not very practical in the kitchen, it will be very easy and simple to achieve a garnish of those that take bread and dips . And never better said, because the mixture of olive oil and juice released by the mushrooms, gives rise to a sauce with a spectacular flavor.


These garlic mushrooms cannot be easier to prepare and they are delicious, being a healthy dish and one to turn to when you want an appetizer or garnish without complicating yourself. The garlic touch is great as well as a little chopped parsley and optional chilli pepper to give them a little spicy touch.

Quick Garlic Mushroom Recipe

Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

  1. Any kind of mushrooms – 300 gm I like mix of mushrooms
  2. Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  3. Chopped onion – 1/2
  4. Chopped garlic – 2 cloves
  5. Salt – 1/4 tsp
  6. Dry of fresh parsley – 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chilli flakes (optional, if you want them with a little bit of spice).
  8. Freshly ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  9. Garlic butter – 1 slices or 1 tbsp
  10. Fresh parsley – chopped for garnishing

Crispy Fried Mushrooms Recipe

Preparation, how to make the garlic mushroom recipe:

  • Clean the mushrooms if they have traces of dirt with a brush.
  • Cut the mushrooms into slices if needed.
  • Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into slices.
  • Put a frying pan over medium heat with oil and when it is hot, saute onion, then add garlic and fry for 5 seconds.
  • Add mushrooms, fry a bit. Add salt, parsley, red chilli flakes, black pepper, fry well.
  • Finally add garlic butter, garnish with fresh parsley and serve
  • The mushrooms are very tender and with a flavor so rich from the garlic. It is an authentic aperitif or garnish.
