- Add warm water and make a smooth dough.
- Add ghee and knead well.
- Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
- Divide into 2 portions.

- Place the second rolled dough on top.
- Cut into strips and fold like an envelope.
- Rest again for 10 minutes.
