Ingredients:

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 cup minus 2 tbsp warm water
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • Melted butter & dry flour for layering

How to Make Chicken Anda Paratha Roll

Method:

  1. Mix wheat flour, milk powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add warm water and make a smooth dough.
  3. Add ghee and knead well.
  4. Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
  5. Divide into 2 portions.
  6. Roll each dough portion as thin as possible.
  7. Apply melted butter and sprinkle dry flour.
  8. Place the second rolled dough on top.
  9. Cut into strips and fold like an envelope.
  10. Rest again for 10 minutes.
  11. Roll gently with light hands.
  12. Cook on a skillet until golden, crispy, and layered from both sides.
