Shahi Malai Boti

Ingredients for 1st marination:

  1. Chicken boneless – ½ kg (cut in cubes)
  2. Salt – to taste
  3. Vinegar – 2 tbsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  5. Apply all above ingredients on chicken and leave for 1 hour.

Ingredients for 2nd marination:

  1. Cheese cream – 2 tbsp
  2. Yogurt – 3 tbsp (drained)
  3. Corn flour – 2 tsp
  4. Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  5. Saffron – 1 pinch
  6. Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  7. Egg – ½
  8. Fresh coriander chopped – 1 tbsp

Method:

  • After the 1st marination has been done, then apply the 2nd marination and leave for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Then skew on skewers and bake in preheated oven on 250 degree for 8 minutes on each side, or BBQ or cook in pan then give charcoal smoke.
