Chicken Boti Paratha Rolls

Ingredients:

  1. Flour – 3 cup
  2. Sugar – 1 tsp
  3. Salt – to taste
  4. Yeast – 1 ¼ tsp
  5. Boiled mince – 250gm
  6. Thinly chopped green chillies – 5
  7. Onion seeds – 1 tsp
  8. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
  10. Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  11. Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
  12. Chopped ginger – 1 tbsp
  13. Fresh coriander – 3 tbsp
  14. Chopped onion – 3 tbsp
  15. Ghee – 2 tbsp

Keto Chilli Garlic Paratha

Method:

  • Mix all above ingredients in flour and make dough with warm water, leave for at least an hour.
  • Divide the dough into small balls. Keep aside for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Roll and cook in the frying pan or skillet with ghee.
  • Yummy keema Paratha serve with pickle or tea.

How to Make Besan ka Paratha in Urdu – English

Besan ka Paratha

Almost everybody likes to eat paratha on breafast, to make it delicious and we are trying different variation by using different flour, spices and vegetables. Besani paratha (gram flour) is used with chopped onions, chopped green masala and spices.

Ingredients:

  1. Gram flour – 240gm
  2. Wheat flour – 250gm
  3. Flour – ½ kg
  4. Crushed cumin seeds – 2 tbsp
  5. Salt – 1 tsp
  6. Crushed fennel seeds – 2 tbsp
  7. Red crushed chili – 2 tbsp
  8. Dry crushed coriander seeds – 2 tbsp
  9. Crushed pomegranate seeds – 2 tbsp
  10. Fine chopped onion – 1
  11. Chopped fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
  12. Chopped green chili – 2 tbsp
  13. Chopped mint – 2 tbsp
  14. Ghee – as required

Mix all crushed spices.

Method:

Mix gram flour, plain flour, salt in wheat flour and make dough with warm water, leave for at least 15 minutes. Divide the dough into small balls. Now roll the dough, apply ghee, then sprinkle dry flour, green masala, chopped onion, then crushed spice mix, now give a cut from one side and roll into cone shape, make in to balls. Keep aside for 5 to 6 minutes. Roll again and cook in the frying pan or skillet.
