How to Make Qeemay Kay Parathay
Chicken Boti Paratha Rolls
Ingredients:
- Flour – 3 cup
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Yeast – 1 ¼ tsp
- Boiled mince – 250gm
- Thinly chopped green chillies – 5
- Onion seeds – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Chopped ginger – 1 tbsp
- Fresh coriander – 3 tbsp
- Chopped onion – 3 tbsp
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
Keto Chilli Garlic Paratha
Method:
- Mix all above ingredients in flour and make dough with warm water, leave for at least an hour.
- Divide the dough into small balls. Keep aside for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Roll and cook in the frying pan or skillet with ghee.
- Yummy keema Paratha serve with pickle or tea.
