Turai Ki Sabzi
Turai aur Aloo Recipe: Urdu – English
Ingredients:
- Turai (zucchini) – 1/2 kg cut in round shape
- Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
- Methi dana ( fenugreek seeds ) – 1/4 tsp
- Kalwanji (onion seeds ) – 1/4 tsp
- Chopped garlic – 4 cloves
- Kuti Lal mirch (Red Chilli Flakes) – 1 tsp
- Chopped onion – 1/2
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Haldi (turmeric powder ) – 1/2 tsp
- Zeera powder (cumin seeds powder ) – 1 tsp
- Tomato – 1 chopped
- Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
- Green chillies – 3
- Oil – 3 tbsp
How to Make Bhindi Ki Sabzi: English – Urdu Recipe
Method:
- Heat up oil in a pan, add rai dana, methi dana, kalwanji, chopped garlic and stir fry for 10 seconds.
- Then add onion and fry until light golden brown.
- Then add turai and fry for 1 seconds, now add salt, kuti lal mirch, haldi, zeera powder, fry well.
- Then add chopped tomato and cook until tomato softened.
- Then add chopped green chillies.
- Mix and fry for 1 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
