Turai Ki Sabzi

Turai aur Aloo Recipe: Urdu – English

Ingredients:

  1. Turai (zucchini) – 1/2 kg cut in round shape
  2. Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
  3. Methi dana ( fenugreek seeds ) – 1/4 tsp
  4. Kalwanji (onion seeds ) – 1/4 tsp
  5. Chopped garlic – 4 cloves
  6. Kuti Lal mirch (Red Chilli Flakes) – 1 tsp
  7. Chopped onion – 1/2
  8. Salt – 1/2 tsp
  9. Haldi (turmeric powder ) – 1/2 tsp
  10. Zeera powder (cumin seeds powder ) – 1 tsp
  11. Tomato – 1 chopped
  12. Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
  13. Green chillies – 3
  14. Oil – 3 tbsp
How to Make Bhindi Ki Sabzi: English – Urdu Recipe

Method:

  • Heat up oil in a pan, add rai dana, methi dana, kalwanji, chopped garlic and stir fry for 10 seconds.
  • Then add onion and fry until light golden brown.
  • Then add turai and fry for 1 seconds, now add salt, kuti lal mirch, haldi, zeera powder, fry well.
  • Then add chopped tomato and cook until tomato softened.
  • Then add chopped green chillies.
  • Mix and fry for 1 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
