Frozen ParathaFrozen Paratha

During Ramadan, this frozen paratha can be a great help, since you don’t have to make more parathas everyday.

Ingredients:

  1. Flour – 1 kg
  2. Yeast – 2tsp
  3. Condensed milk – ¼ cup
  4. Ghee – 1 cup
  5. Salt – 2 tsp
  6. Eggs – 2

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients in flour and make dough with water, leave for at least 3 hours.
  • Make balls and roll them in paratha size.
  • Then you can cook straight away or freeze them with the help of butter paper, because of which the parathas won’t stick together.
  • When you want to cook, remember to apply ghee in the frying pan, beforehand. Frozen Paratha
